Reward and Challenge for Key Stage 2The Ultimate Adventure Centre is able offer differentiated activities for children of all ages. As children get a little older we are able to provide more activity options that can challenge and reward.
We are able to develop an activity day based on the ages of the children and your teaching and developmental aims. No matter if your focus is to reward, physically challenge or for personal development then we have a range of activities to suit. Typical activities for Key Stage 2 include the Ultimate Assault, Awesome 4 Some (High Ropes), Mountain Boarding, Laser Tag and Surfing.
A Full Day of Adventure
Our schools co-ordintor will work with you to create an activity day to match your educational and development aims and importantly your budget, ensuring you get great value for money. The activities that we have an offer can be tailored towards the needs of your group and the ages of the children.
We normally provide a 2hr session in the morning, followed by a break for lunch and then another 2hr session in the afternoon. We feel it is important to keep the children engaged at all times, so each activity is tailored towards the ages and needs of the group.
The centre is open throughout the year. If you’re looking to book an activity day in the Autumn, Spring or the first Summer half term we are able to offer discounted packages, to lighten the financial load.
Don’t just take our word for it
The Ultimate Adventure Centre aims to offer a comprehensive and enriching experience for all of the young children that visit us. We strive to make sure that the children leave us with many happy memories of the day and a desire to learn and develop in the outdoors.
We carry out an extensive review process with each of the schools that visit to measure their experiences and gain valuable feedback; this allows us to ensure continuous improvement and be even better for the following year. You don’t have to take our word for it, below is a comment from a recent Year 2 and 3 activity day;
As a teacher of a mixed year 2 & 3 class I can honestly say that I was seriously impressed with the stunning environment, fantastic facilities and superb instructors. The feedback from children and their parents has been overwhelming and it was a real privilege for me to see my class enjoying themselves learning so much, and above all, supporting each other being successful in their own way!
Well done and thank you for an experience that none of us will ever forget! – Sandra Tibbles, Swimbridge Primary School
